I’m Edward Bundy, a Level 2 Gym Instructor and proud owner of IronMasters Gym, which I took over on 1st August 2024 with one mission: to make IronMasters the leading name in fitness across the Forest of Dean and beyond.
At IronMasters we’re redefining what a gym can be. Instead of endless rows of treadmills, we focus on what truly drives results- resistance training, weightlifting, and functional fitness.
This isn’t just a gym; it’s a place of progress, purpose, and real transformation.
I began training in 2017, starting with strongman and evolving into bodybuilding. My approach combines science-backed methods with years of practical experience. I believe progress comes from effort, consistency, and pushing beyond comfort.
When I coach, I’ll push you past what you thought was possible – but the real challenge is whether you can do it when I’m not there.

I’m Ryan Edwards, a strength coach with over 10 years of experience helping people move better, get stronger, and build lasting confidence in the gym.
I’ve worked with everyone from beginners to competitive powerlifters, always tailoring training to the individual.
At Ironmasters, I offer one-to-one coaching focused on strength, technical precision, and sustainable progress. My structured yet supportive approach ensures each session is engaging and aligned with your goals- whether you’re mastering the basics, refining your technique, or preparing for competition.

Lisa is a very dedicated fitness professional. With over a decade of experience leading diverse fitness classes and delivering personalised training sessions, Lisa is passionate about empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals.
